Lawn Care (Maintenance)
How We Do It:
When we come to your property we are going to be completely thorough in our service. Lawn care service includes the following: 1. Mowing with a professional grade lightweight mower that won't tear up your yard.
2. Line trimming all the areas on the property including fences, around posts, trees, and curbs 3. Edging the sidewalks, driveways, and curbs with a metal blade edger 4. Cleaning up all grass clippings on the property.
The price you pay: Price is determined by the square footage of the turf on the property. We don’t charge based on the neighborhood you live in; the price is the price, and it’s fair across the board.
The small things that set us apart: If we are servicing your property and notice your trash bins have been tipped over we pick it up. If the lid has been left open, we close it. We do not mow over trash and leave you with a confetti yard, trash is picked up before we mow. We pick up kids' toys before we mow and place them on the porch. We refill your dog's water bowl if we notice it getting low. These are the extras that set us apart, and it’s just normal day to day activities for us.
Bushes and trees that are not consistently maintained hurt the appearance of even the best-kept property.
Our staff is well trained in the proper trimming of all types of shrubs and hedges, perennials, decorative grass and ornamental trees.
After your hedges are trimmed, we clean it up. All excess clippings and trash are thoroughly blown and raked up.
Installing mulch in all flower beds often reduces the frequency of flower bed maintenance. Furthermore, mulch helps retain the moisture needed to maintain healthy shrubs. Note: applying too much mulch around certain flower types may lead
to root rot and fungus. Please call for a quote. We will be happy to assist you in determining how much mulch is needed to cover your flower beds.
